Attorneys using the federal judiciary’s Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) are being reminded to appropriately redact sensitive/private/confidential information/data such as Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers (TINs), dates of birth, names of minor children and financial account numbers.
