Will the upcoming 25% fee increase for PACER documents change your research habits?
I wonder what other librarians and researchers are thinking about this increased cost.

With the PACER price increases, we’ll still pay for things when we have to have them, but I suspect many people will turn to the Justia Docket collection http://dockets.justia.com/ Also, the docket content on Bloomberg Law looks that much more appealing. Oh, and of course: don’t forget RECAP https://www.recapthelaw.org
